To gaze long and deep into each others eyes, your head rests gently upon my knee.
Touching and holding each others hands, closer we could not be.

I watch as the flicker of the fire sends sparkles of stars dancing in your eyes.
In the glow of the fire, your face is a shadowed relief, the most beautiful to me.

You laugh softly, the soft gentle music in your voice transports me to another place.
You fill my heart, mind and soul, I must love you, I have no other choice.

At last I have found myself in you, my journey is ended, no longer must I search.
What else could I ask for, when in you I have found everything and more.

Now as we hold each other close, if we could but stay suspended now in forever.
