Declaration of Mrs. Ann Rogers to hold separate property.

I hereby declare that it is my firm and full intention to hold in my own right, separate and apart from my husband or any other person, the following described property, to wit: Three promissory Notes bearing date June 1st A.D. 1859, calling for the payment of Five hundred dollars each, due in twelve months from date or sooner if certain moneys are disbursed by the Indian Superintendency. Also one note calling for the payment of Three hundred and twenty five dollars and in all other respects like the above described notes--All the above notes [are] signed and payable by Patrick Flanagan and were given to me in payment for my donation claim of land. The above described property and proceeds thereof it is my full and firm intention to hold in my own right and convert to my own use.
    In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the (13th) thirteenth day of July A.D. 1859.

Declaration of Mrs. Jeanne Lozier to hold separate property

Know all men by these presents that I Jeanne Lozier of the Town of Jacksonville, County of Jackson and State of Oregon do hereby declare my intention to hold in my own right separate and apart from my husband or any other person whomsoever and for my separate use and benefit, the following described property, to wit: Parts of Lots numbered one (1) and Two (2) in Block No. Twenty seven (27) in the Town of Jacksonville, Jackson County and State of Oregon, said Lots situated on the South east corner of Oregon and Main Streets fronting Thirty feet on said Oregon Street and running back seventy six feet on Main Street, being the same property conveyed to me by John Anderson & wife by Deed bearing date the twelfth day of July A.D. 1859 and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Jackson County Oregon in Record Volume 2 Page 349. And I hereby declare it to be my full intention to hold the above described property as my separate property under the Act of the Legislative Assembly of Oregon, approved June 4th 1859. Also all the furniture & personal property in the house on said Lots.
    In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 31st day of August A.D. 1859.

Declaration of Mrs. Celeste True to hold separate Property.

Know all men by these presents that I Celeste True of the County of Jackson and State of Oregon do hereby declare my intention to hold in my own right, separate and apart from my husband or any other person whomsoever and for my separate use and benefit the following described property, to wit: Two gray Mares, Six Oxen branded C.T. Three Cows, same brand, three calves same brand and marked crop off right ear and half under crop same ear. Nine Hogs same mark, and one Wagon, and I hereby declare it to be my full intention to hold the above described property as my separate property, under the act of the Legislative assembly of Oregon, approved June 4th 1859.
    In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 13th day of February A.D. 1860.

Declaration of Mrs. Eliza Ann Hoxie to hold separate property.

Know all men by these presents that I Eliza Ann Hoxie of the County of Jackson and State of Oregon, do hereby declare my intention to hold in my own right, separate and apart from my husband or any other person whomsoever, and for my separate use and benefit, the following described real estate, to wit:
    The East half of a half section tract of public land, known and designated in the Surveys and plats of the United States as the Claim No. 54 in Township 38S. of Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, more particularly described in the donation Certificate No. 483 granting to Obadiah D. Hoxie a half section of Public land and the east half is designated to his wife Eliza Ann, granted on the 18th day of June A.D. 1858 at the Land Office for Umpqua District, at Winchester, Oregon Territory, and I hereby declare it to be my full intention to hold the above described Real Estate with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, under the Act of the Legislative Assembly of Oregon approved June 4th A.D. 1859.
    In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the seventh day of May A.D. 1860.

Declaration of Mrs. Fannie D. O'Meara.

Be it known that I, Fannie D. O'Meara, a married woman, the wife of James O'Meara, of Jacksonville, Jackson County, Oregon, hereby declare it to be my intention to hold as my separate property, a certain pianoforte given to me by my Father James Davidson.
    Dated this thirty first day of October A.D. 1860.

Declaration of Mrs. Emily T. Allen.

To all whom it may concern, Be it known that I Emily Theresa Allen, of the Town of Kerbyville in the County of Josephine and State of Oregon have this 21st day of February 1861 caused to be registered as my separate property, situated in the Town of Jacksonville, County of Jackson State of Oregon, consisting of One third of a house and Lot on California Street in said Town between the Lots of W. G. T'Vault and Pat. Ryan and known as the Estate of Charles Casey, which property I hold in my own right, separate and apart from my husband, to deal and traffic with as a feme sole and I do hereby declare my intention to hold the same and to claim all the pecuniary rights connected therewith that the law allows.

Declaration of Mary Meddagh to hold separate Property.

Know all men by these presents that I Mary Meddagh of the County of Jackson and State of Oregon do hereby declare my intention to hold in my own right, separate and apart from my husband or any other person whatsoever, and for my separate use and benefit, the following described property, to wit:
    2 bay Mares, and their colts, 2 years old, one of said Mares branded H on the left shoulder and the other branded F (upside down) on the left hip.
    1 Yellow horse 8 years old bought by me from T. S. Moon.
    11 head of Cows and yearlings marked with 2 slits in the right ear and one slit in the left ear.
