The Nam Cho Space Treasures
Trowo roza Empowerment
Given by Venerable Gyatrul Rinpoche
Translated by Sangye Khandro
Trowo Roza is a wrathful yidam emanation of Chenresig - the Bodhisattva of Compassion, found only in the Terma Tradition of Namchö Migyur Dorje. This practice is extremely important in the core teachings of the Namchö Dharma transmissions of the Buddha in the Palm of the Hand. Aside from bringing a disciple to complete enlightenment through the generation stage, the practice and accomplishment of Trowo Roza can benefit the practitioner as well as others and the community through its practices for peaceful, enriching, powerful and wrathful activities found within this terma cycle. In particular, the extraordinary teachings and practice of Namchö Tsalung rely on the stable accomplishment of Trowo Roza as one's personal yidam. The empowerment will be required in order to attend the Tsalung Retreat at Tashi Choling in 2003. The practice of Trowo Roza is famous among yogic practitioners in Tibet for it's power and blessings.
