Prerequisites: Having read Padmasambhava's "Natural Liberation" pages 1 - 168. Please bring text to the retreat.

Each session will feature meditations from the first four chapters of "Natural Liberation", the four thoughts, ngondro, quiescence and dream yoga. We will especially strive to apprehend the dream state Friday night after emphasizing the techniques in the Friday evening session. If you're not able to attend all three sessions, partial attendance is acceptable. Interviews with Bruce are easily arranged.

If this retreat is successful, future ones of various duration will be scheduled.
