Rigpay Jungnay Norbuling

The June session proved a real treat for the children and parents alike. Rinpoche met with us and gave an introduction to The Wheel of Becoming and spent time answering questions from the children. At the July 4th potluck, the children presented worms to Rinpoche for his blessing prior their release into the garden. Thank you to all the parents who helped out.

Our next session is August 15th (at the Temple) from 10:00 am through noon. We are planning to read more Jataka Tales and concentrate our discussion on Compassion for all beings. We also plan on making natural bird feeders (pinecone feeders and fruit garlands). Please bring a package of dried fruit - all other materials will be provided.

In September, we are planning a meeting for parents to discuss the possibility of weekly Dharma classes for the older children. The date, time & place will be announced in the Sept. Newsletter.
